The Minor in Biology

A minor in Biology is appropriate for any student seeking a Bachelor of Science Degree which requires a minor in a natural science.

A biology minor consists of the following

  • BIL 150/151
  • BIL 160/161
  • BIL electives to total 18 credits in biology
  • A minimum grade of "C-" in all BIL courses
  • Overall G.P.A. of 2.0 or higher
  • At least 9 BIL credits earned in residence at the University of Miami
